Amazon has announced plans to open a 260 food market in the UK.
All supermarkets are casherless, the first 60 will open in 2022 and open before 20024.

“In 2022, we assume a wide range of two stores a week by the end of the year, which targets a total of 60 openings,” says Amazon in internal documents.
“In 2023 and 2024, Tesco, Sanebury, and Cooperatives will launch more than 100 opening programs in accordance with the more positive opening programs achieved by British convenience stores over the past five years. We are planning to release 100 stores a year in line with this.
The group wants to participate in the UK supermarket TESCO and SAINSBURYS. Next year, we will open a supermarket in Germany and Spain.
Currently, there are six open stores in the UK.
