Employers warn of inflationary pressures
Construction companies will raise wages eight times faster than other industries, the report revealed as time goes by.
Acute labor shortage means employers face little choice but to improve profits.

Certainly, a survey by the Online Employment Commission shows that advertised salaries have increased by 6.7% over the past five months.
Wages across other sectors have risen by 0.8% over the same period.
This issue is evident in sectors that have previously seen high employment among people in the European Union, many of whom have returned to their home countries since the pandemic.
Many people now choose to stay in education, so businesses that generally employ young people are also struggling.
Restaurant bosses across the UK have warned that menu prices will rise in the next few months as businesses increase wages in response to the staffing crisis.
Wages at pubs and restaurants, which were generally low, are now increasing.
The staff are surprisingly happy, but small business owners who may struggle to cope with the increase may be worried about rising costs.
David Moore, owner or Michelin star of Fitzrovia, Paidora Tale, said, “This (wage rise) must be carried over with price increases, and the business will not take over such an increase. It cannot be absorbed.”
