One in 610 people last week had Covid-19
The number of people with Covid-19 has dropped significantly for the second consecutive week, according to figures released by the National Bureau of Statistics (ONS).
Over a week of 610 people, the number fell from 1 in the previous week of 480.

There were also sharp falls in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
For now, the UK is completing the second phase of its lockdown route as hospitality businesses and non-essential shops are reopening.
The ONS figures come when the UK is removed from the list of 20 countries that have been worst affected by the pandemic.
The successful vaccine rollout defeated a third nationwide lockdown, plus a daily death tally from below 2,000 peak to single digits.
Currently, over 33m have received the first dose of the vaccine, of which 11m have been fully vaccinated.
The FTSE 100 remained quiet despite UK retail sales reaching nine months’ highs.
