Heathrow is hoping to demand on holidays to raise passenger levels to up to 21.5 million in 2021
Heathrow Airport has called for the UK government to open travel to vaccinated passengers as pandemic losses reached £2.9 billion.

The airport said changes to quarantine and testing requirements for passengers arriving in the UK “encourage” but that international traveller rules continue to prevent the UK economy from recovering fully.
The airport is asking the UK government to open it up to tourists vaccinated from both Europe and the US.
