The number of vacant seats in the UK is currently reached 2.7m, according to the recruitment employment federation (REC).
In the first week of November, a new job of 221,000, the fourth largest week since the start of 2020, was posted.
Most of the posted jobs were for driving instructors and forklift truck drivers, but the role of construction decreased.
“The latest job advertising number indicates that the Christmas is ready and has become stronger,” said Neil Carberry, the highest executive officer.
“But the general positive trends vary depending on the region and the sector. London is influenced by the rise of hybrid working, and its employment market is slower than other areas in the UK. We continue to grow at pace.
“Demand for logistics and care is increasing, but the construction department saw off the vehicle last week because supply issues restricted the ability to work on industry abilities.
“As the recovery continues, it is important for the government to take measures to help companies invest in confidence, enhance productivity, and support economic growth.
“This includes a revolution of the skill system, which is particularly focused on leading the farthest people from the labor market,” he added.
