The UK and the EU are working together to “reset” the relationship between the two economies by agreeing to a plan to open up ways to work on the continent under the age of 30.
The so-called youth experience scheme is a cross-border arrangement that allows young people to live and work freely in Europe again.
The current trade agreement between the UK and the EU only allows for up to 90 days of visa-free stays for certain activities over six months.
Details are under negotiation and eligibility is “cap and time limit,” but the UK government says younger workers in sectors such as professional services and hospitality can benefit.
