Three-bedroom homes sell the fastest in the U.S. from online listing to offer acceptance, new data revealed Tuesday.
According to estate agent comparison website GetAgent.co.uk, as of 2019, it took an average of 122 days for a three-bedroom home to sell across the UK.
This is followed by two-bedroom homes, which take an average of 126 days to sell. Four-bedroom homes come next with an average of 141 days, followed by one-bedroom properties at 150 days, and five-bedroom properties take the longest to sell at 173 days.
Data shows that if homeowners really want to sell their property quickly, a three-bedroom house in Scotland is the perfect combination. In fact, the nine regions where three-bedroom properties are selling fastest are all in Scotland.
Three-bedroom homes sell fastest in London, with an average selling time of 148 days.
