A recent study by estate agent search engine GetAgent revealed that British landmarks add the most value to homes in their area.

The study looked at the top 50 tourist attractions and analyzed which increased or decreased the value of nearby homes when compared to the wider area.

GetAgent gathered data from Rightmove on the average price of properties sold in the area over the past year and created the top 10 list below.

It’s no wonder London landmarks feature prominently in the top 10 landmarks that increase the value of your home, with Kensington’s Natural History Museum increasing its value by £1 million.
