Acquisition adds 25 professionals from Yourkeys
Zoopla confirmed on Monday that it has acquired real estate software company Yourkeys.
The acquisition brings 25 Yourkeys experts, including CEO Ricardo Iannucci-Dawson, to Zoopla, and adds Yourkeys to Zoopla’s suite of software products, including next-generation Alto products.

Yourkeys is an innovative proptech company and one of the first to bring the entire real estate sales process online.
The company’s goal is to “provide buyer and seller onboarding and promotional tools to help home builders sell new homes in an efficient manner.”
Commenting on the acquisition, Zoopla CEO Charlie Bryant said: “When we recently announced our vision, we promised to provide our customers with the best software and services. Yourkeys was founded in 2018 and has 25 housebuilders and estate agents as clients, including Bewley, Davidsons, JLL, London Square and Hill.
